The people behind the delivery
ConsultBae started in 2020 as a technology recruitment partner. Today it runs three practices from Gurugram, with 100+ people and a 2M+ network.
From one practice to three
We began by placing technology teams for companies that could not wait a quarter for a hire. The same clients then asked for training data for the models they were building, and we built a network to collect and label it, in languages the usual vendors did not cover.
The third practice followed the second: companies that had the models needed their people trained on them, so we brought subject-matter experts and a studio workflow together. Today the three practices run as one operation across 50+ countries.
