01Organisational data

How much is your data worth?

Your SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM records and workflows can earn your company a payout. Answer three questions for an indicative range in US dollars, then talk to us about the real figure.

02Estimate

Estimate your company's payout

Enter three facts about your company. The range updates as you type, in US dollars, and is indicative: what sets the final figure is further down the page.

Usually the number of years you have been in business.
Where is your company headquartered?
Estimated payout range
Low to high estimate
$285,896 to $604,463

Indicative only. The final payout is set by the data sources, their volume and quality, the access terms and due diligence.

03Privacy and control

Built with privacy and control first

Business data can hold sensitive information, so every partnership is built around your requirements: what is shared, how it is handled, and what never leaves your company. Before anything is shared, four things are agreed with you.

Scope and boundaries
Which systems and documents are in, which are out, and where the line sits.
Security and confidentiality
The standards the data is handled to, and who is allowed to handle it.
Anonymisation and redaction
What is removed or rewritten before anyone outside your company sees it.
Approvals and permissions
Your internal sign-offs, and who on your side can grant them.
04The final figure

What sets the final payout

The estimate starts from three facts about your company. The agreement starts from the data itself.

Data sources
Which systems and documents the data comes from, and how many of them.
Volume
How much there is: documents, records, years, teams.
Quality
How complete, current and consistent it is.
Uniqueness
How hard the operational knowledge in it is to find anywhere else.
Access terms
What is shared, for how long, and under which controls.
Due diligence
What a review of the company and the data finds.
05FAQs

Questions companies ask

Is the estimate what we will be paid?

No. It is an indicative range from three facts about your company. The final figure follows the data itself: its sources, volume, quality, the access terms and due diligence. Partnerships that qualify start at $100K+, and large or unusual datasets go well beyond.

Who owns the data once it is licensed?

Your company does, throughout. A licence covers an agreed use for an agreed period; ownership does not move.

How is our data kept safe?

Personal information is removed where relevant, access is limited to a few authorised people, and your data runs through an isolated pipeline, apart from every other engagement. It is kept for the agreed period only, you can review samples before use, and it is deleted on request or at the end of the engagement.

What happens after we get in touch?

We review what you tell us and say whether your company is a fit. If it is, we ask for more detail and book a discovery call about the data and your privacy requirements. The agreement and the data requirements are then finalised, before anything is shared.
