About the project

AI systems that handle phone calls need to learn from real voices — including the way English actually sounds in Taiwan. That's what this project captures.

You'll receive a short customer-service role-play script, call a dedicated recording line, enter your speaker ID, and act out one side of the conversation (customer or service agent) in a natural, conversational tone. Everything is simulated: no real banks, no real customers, no real data — recordings are used solely for AI training and research.

What you'll do

Review a short role-play script before your session
Call the provided phone number and enter your assigned speaker ID
Perform one role per call — customer or service agent
Speak clearly and naturally; small ad-libs that make it sound human are encouraged
Total time: roughly 30 minutes

Who we're looking for

Fluent English speakers currently located in Taiwan
A natural Taiwanese English accent is preferred — that's the point, not a problem
Comfortable performing conversational role-play

Requirements

A quiet environment and a stable phone connection
No headphones or audio-enhancement devices during recording
