Turn operational data into new revenue
The SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM records and workflows your teams already keep show how work really gets done. ConsultBae helps companies turn that record into new revenue while advancing frontier AI: you set the terms, keep ownership of the data, and get paid.
Real business operations are what frontier AI learns from
Every day your teams produce the record of how work gets done. That record is what a model needs to learn how companies operate in practice.
Built with privacy and control first
Business data can hold sensitive information, so every partnership is built around your requirements: what is shared, how it is handled, and what never leaves your company. Before anything is shared, four things are agreed with you.
From first contact to agreement in four steps
A short, privacy-first process built for a partnership that lasts.
Paid for what the data is worth, not for the size of the company
Three tiers show the range. Where a partnership lands depends on the volume, quality and uniqueness of what you provide.
$100K+
A company that meets the programme requirements, with an approved data package.
$500K+
Operational data across several teams and business functions, or ongoing participation.
$1M+
Operational knowledge that is hard to find anywhere else and of particular value to frontier AI development.
Operational data from every industry can contribute

Questions companies ask
What does our company get in exchange for its data?
You get paid, and how much is set by the value of the data you provide. In some cases you also get improvements to the AI use cases you care about. Your data helps AI systems learn from real business workflows and operational knowledge, and is used to train and test AI in realistic enterprise settings.
Which companies are eligible?
Operationally mature companies with 30+ employees, established documentation and high-quality operational data: SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM data, project histories and internal processes. We currently prioritise companies in the United States, then other Western markets.
What kinds of data are you looking for?
Data that shows how work is really done in your organisation: standard operating procedures, process documentation, internal knowledge bases, workflows, templates, operating frameworks and other business process artefacts. The most valuable datasets capture real operational expertise, decision-making and repeatable workflows.
How is our data protected?
Personally identifiable information is removed where relevant, access is limited to a small number of authorised people, and your data runs through isolated pipelines that keep it apart from any other engagement. It is kept only for the agreed period, you can review representative samples before use, and deletion requests are honoured under the terms of the engagement. People with access work on company-managed devices under set security controls and training.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your company keeps ownership of its underlying data throughout.
What happens to the data after it is shared?
It is processed for the agreed use case under the agreed handling rules. Depending on the data, personal information may be removed and some datasets rewritten synthetically, so the workflow structure stays while direct ties to the original records go. The data is kept for a limited, agreed period, you can review samples before the prepared data is used, and at the end of the engagement, or on request, it is deleted under the agreed terms.
How is compensation decided?
By the characteristics and value of the data: size and volume, workflow complexity, data quality, the domain expertise it represents and how unique the operational knowledge is. Each partnership is assessed on its own, and the compensation follows the value and relevance of what is provided.
What happens once we apply?
We review your company and take you through an initial assessment of whether its data fits the programme. If it qualifies, partnership discussions, the agreement and onboarding follow, and then your company starts taking part.
Can companies take part from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada are the strongest fit, and companies elsewhere are considered case by case.
Does the documentation have to be in English?
For now, yes. Companies need to operate in English and keep their documentation, workflows and knowledge bases in English, and the people representing your company need to work in English through onboarding and the partnership.
